Exhibit Here's what makes our show a success: The Bristol Wedding Show will be your chance to show and sell your products,services, etc... to the hundreds of bridal customers who will be attending the show. This is one Show that all the brides (as well as exhibiting companies) know they can count on as a first class affair. It will offer them anything and everything they need to plan the wedding of their dreams. If you are serious about your bridal business, then don't miss The Bristol Wedding Show! Benefits To Your Business Exhibitors will be able to sell directly to the public at the Show. You are welcome to bring products for immediate sales, sign contracts, accept deposits, etc. just as you would in your own shop. The show is an excellent opportunity to network with fellow bridal businesses. The show is set in an established professional atmosphere. A complete list of all brides who registered will be available to exhibitors. Within one week of the show a walk in list will be sent. The list is correlated by wedding date, and includes names, addresses and phone numbers. The show is an opportunity to feature your business in one central location on an equal basis with your competitors. Each exhibitor that has paid in full by the closing date will be listed in our complimentary program given to the brides at registration. All exhibitors are listed by category. Pre-Show Promotion The Bristol Wedding Show will conduct a pre-show promotion. Advertising usually includes a venue/show dedicated website, flyers, banner, magazines, newspapers and several special campaigns, inc., Google. Limited Exhibitor Participation How many shows have you been at where there were 15 photographers, 15 caterers and 10 Bride Companies? Brides come away confused from the show, and exhibitors don't generate their sales potential due to too many similar exhibits. The Tetbury Wedding Show has a very strict percentage on categories of exhibitors. That means a 30 stand show will not have more than 3 exhibitors in any specific category (typically only 1 or 2). Photographers, only slightly more. Post-Show Mailing List After the Show, each merchant will receive a complete listing of the brides who attended the show, including her name, address, telephone number and date of wedding. The Post-Show Mailing List is FREE to every exhibitor who participates in the Show.
